We had a great day out in St. Mary’s N.S. Drumlea on the 27th of September to celebrate European Schools Sports Day. We had so much fun playing Olympic Handball, soccer and Gaelic football. We took part in lots of relays and conquered many obstacle courses.

We were also very lucky to be joined by Irish Olympian Athlete Lauren Cadden, Wilson Waweru (Sligo Rovers first team player), our local hero and All Ireland GAA player Brónagh O’ Rourke with the Mary Quinn cup and Connacht Champion Medallist, James Holahan.

We have been keeping a close eye on news2day from RTÉ as they were filming in Drumreilly on the day!
